All programmes have been crafted to create an enjoyable eclectic thought provoking journey through very practical material. They are not like 'traditional' training. Programmes are not more than 4 hours in duration, are mobile enabled and can easily be consumed in very small manageable chunks of as little as 15 minutes at a time.
