'Fantastic Practical Learning Experience. This course is holistic, it took me on a journey, which looked at finance / sales / customers / organisational construct etc. The course took me three to four hours and I was able to easily learn new ideas / approaches / tools. Very much enjoyed learning from the authors many years of experience in business. The 1-2-1 engagement afterwards really put this off the chart.'

You are good at your job. Very good. You've worked hard, accumulated experience and progressed on the basis of genuine capability. From the outside the career looks fine.
On the inside something is not quite translating. You're not seeing the influence you expected and the recognition that feels proportionate to your contribution. You don't have that sense of direction that makes the effort feel like it is building towards something specific rather than just accumulating.
That feeling is common mid-career. Most careers are lived rather than designed and at some point that distinction starts to matter. That feeling is more addressable than many realise.
Technical ability opens the door to the start of our career. Over time we may get leadership opportunities so intentionally or otherwise we start to develop interpersonal effectiveness capabilities too.
The biggest differentiators over time are often more centred on our abilities to be effective in the business contexts in which we operate. Our commercial awareness, business understanding and ability to consciously and effectively navigate through the business, and the key relationship, challenges we encounter profoundly impact our career outcomes. It takes a holistic approach to thinking, knowledge building and operating that most development programmes fail to address. We find ourselves left to slowly, and often only partially, develop the capabilities needed at the cost of many years experience.
This programme is built to close that gap quickly and deliberately.
You will benefit from this programme if any of the following feel true:
> You are progressing but sense the gap between where you are and where your capability should be taking you.
> You feel your career is happening to and around you rather than being shaped by you.
> You have not yet thought consciously enough about how you are setting yourself up, equipping yourself commercially, operating and adapting and would like to do so in a structured and efficient way.
> You want to develop the business understanding and commercial confidence that makes you more visible, more valuable and more credible to the people whose decisions shape your career.
> You are at a specific crossroads such as a redundancy, a missed promotion or a role that's run its course, and want a structured way to think clearly about what comes next.
> You are drifting and aware of it and want to change that deliberately rather than waiting (hoping) for the right opportunity to present itself.
> You want to be seen as an asset, not overlooked as an overhead, by the people who dispassionately make the biggest decisions about your career.
