Paid for programmes are available to access for a period of 30 days following purchase, please ensure you complete the programme during this time.
You will be invited, via the email address you supply, to attend an online Q&A forum during the 30 days following paid for programme purchases.
We hold at least one forum a month for attendance by purchasers of any of our programmes. We vary the times and days the forums are held month on month so that you may have a more convenient opportunity to attend a forum at a different time if you are unable to attend the first forum to which you are invited.
From time to time we make taster programmes available. These remain available for completion for a maximum of 7 days following enrolment.
Our resource hub subscription services are for a minimum of 30 days and you are automatically charged the specified rate every 30 days via your payment method. You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time time from within your dashboard and on cancellation you cease to have access to the material.
We utilise the services of a third party training course online delivery and hosting service and therefore are reliant on them to deliver the technical aspects of our service.
Should you encounter a problem utilising the service please email us the detail of your problem at [email protected] and we will work with the hosting service and endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as we are able.
You expressly understand and agree that Outperformance Highway and our team shall not be liable for any damages from the use of or inability to use the service and that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
