This is not a course like TAS or Challenger which focuses on the Sales Motion and requires a heavy commitment of your time. This course is more holistic, it took me on a journey, which looked at finance / sales / customers / organisational construct etc. The course took me three to four hours and I was able to easily learn new ideas / approaches / tools. Very much enjoyed learning from the authors many years of experience in business. The 1-2-1 engagement afterwards really put this off the chart. Thanks Rob!

Read MoreI found this course both useful and interesting. It covers a lot more than I thought it would when I first started. All the critical issues we face in building a business to Outperform are dealt with cleverly and interestingly. I loved the touches of humour and the clear and exciting storytelling to help with some of the explanations for things we should be considering as we look to be successful in our roles and the businesses we run. The result of doing the course is that I now have a clearer understanding of the big picture and will be looking to focus on the most critical areas that will make the most significant difference to the business. We need to look at 1) how we can develop our Team so that most of them are 90-98% engaged in the business and our aims; 2) how we can build a straightforward and easy culture and pinpoint values and principles that will help us improve the working environment; 3) how we are seen from the outside looking in; and 4) how our Teams can have a ‘vested’ interest in the business by adopting 'VEST', making them feel Valued, Engaged, Safe & Trusted. We need to adopt PPMC and build a good culture that excites everyone in and around us through bonding mechanisms and explicit behaviours that show our people that we are genuinely looking to improve and develop.
